“Do you know what my favorite part of the game is? The opportunity to play.” – Mike Singletary
ABOUT ME
Aaron Williams
Why did I start DUB Academy?
I consider myself a true DB because I have played Cornerback, Nickel and Safety in HS, college and in the NFL. I take pride that my coaches - Duane Akina, Will Muschamp, Donnie Henderson and Ed Reed trusted me to play all three positions, sometimes in the same game to help my team WIN. That experience forced me to focus on technique, scouting reports and most important. FILM STUDY! I only wish I had learned the importance of all three of these earlier in my career, especially back in HS and early in college when I only relied on my speed and athletic ability. It is my goal to teach and train the next generation of DB's that importance early in their development. Here is my player resume:

-
2008 Parade HS All American (McNeil HS)
-
2008 Army All American
-
2009-10 All-Big 12 team (Texas)
-
2011 34th overall pick in NFL draft (Buffalo Bills)
Journey to greatness
At the DUB Academy, we focus on all phases of DB development and the subtle differences between playing Cornerback, Nickel and Safety. The goal is increased playmaking, game-changing ability during football competition in camps, combines, 7 on 7 and most importantly in games during the Fall season. My focus will be on the mental and physical preparation of each player at every level.
